\nWelcome to e-shop casastock.gr. This website is the official e-shop of Casa Stock – White Goods & Small Furniture Store – located in Patras, 122 Kanakari Street, since 2012. By using our website, you accept without reservation all terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before visiting our e-shop.<\/p>\n

RETURNS\/EXCHANGES<\/strong>The customer has the right to return the product with the obligation to cover the shipping costs of the return, either by sending an email to info@casastock.gr, or by calling directly to 2610224996 store hours.
\nFor a valid withdrawal from the purchase contract, the buyer must return the product to the store within 14 days from the date of receipt in the original packaging with all labels and supporting documents, without the product showing any damage or wear.
\nIn case of changing discounted products, these will be changed at the current discount price and in any case earlier than the end of the sale.
\nThe store does not bear responsibility for products that are damaged or worn after use, and in this case their return is not accepted.
\nWashed or used products are not returnable.
\nSleeping pillows are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
\nDuvets are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
\nNo exchanges to seasonal products.
\nNo exchanges in the physical stores.
\nCustomized orders are not returnable (tailor-made according to your wishes, additional seams, special dimensions, etc.).
\nThe product must have been purchased exclusively from the e-shop www.casastock.gr
\nIn the event that the store is responsible for the damage, loss or incorrect delivery of the product, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the store.
\nUpon completion of the return process, a refund will be made.

\n2.\u00a0 In case of a defective product, it is necessary to send us a photo of the product to info@casa-stock.gr so that we can get a better picture of the product in our communication with you and confirm with the manufacturer the acceptance of the return.
\n3.\u00a0 Pack the product so that it is protected during transit.
\n4.\u00a0 Should the product have a defect or a mistake has been made in your order, return the package with the courier that delivered to you to the attention of Casa Stock White Goods Store, 122 Kanakari Street, P.C. 26221 Patras, and the shipping costs will be borne by Casa Stock.
\n* Please note that the shipping costs for the return are borne by our company only in case of a mistake by us or a defective product. In any other case, the costs are to be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
\n<\/strong>(In accordance with Greek Law 2251\/1994 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Ministerial Decision No. Z1\/891\/2013 – Government Gazette 2144\/2013, Issue B)
\nYou have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product without specifying any reasons.
\nTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by means of a clear notification (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail). We will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
\nIf you withdraw from the purchase contract, you must return the product in the condition in which you received it, along with proof of purchase. The product must not have been washed or used in any way, all labels must be in place and the packaging should in no way have been damaged. A refund cannot be made if the product has been used or damaged after opening.\u00a0 The return shipment shall be made to the supplier (Casa Stock) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. In this case, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the product.
\nThe company is then obliged to refund the amount received and the delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was notified of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. The company has the right to defer the refund until it has received the product back.
\nThe company will make the refund by transferring the money to a bank account specified by the customer. In any case, you will not be charged for such refund.
\nYou shall be responsible for any reduction in the value of the product that is attributable to any handling of the product other than that required to determine its nature, characteristics and function.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING COSTS <\/strong>
\nThe white goods store Casa Stock cooperates with the courier Geniki Taxydromiki.
\nShipping costs for large volume products depend on the combination of size and weight (e.g. pillows, duvets, etc.) and the place of delivery (city, village, island, etc.). The shipping cost for duvets, blankets and pillows is 5\u20ac.
\nLarge packages may also be sent by transport companies, and the shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
